About Steve's Marina Restaurant

Nestled on the scenic shores of Long Beach, Mississippi, Steve's Marina Restaurant is a beacon for seafood lovers seeking genuine flavors and a warm, local vibe. This charming eatery at 213 Beach Blvd E blends the freshness of Gulf Coast catches with a relaxed, Jimmy Buffett-like atmosphere that invites you to unwind and savor each bite.

Steve’s Marina excels in crafting dishes that celebrate the sea. The red snapper special, praised for its flawless execution, showcases the kitchen’s skillful balance of seasoning and freshness. Accompanying sides like the homemade onion rings—light, crispy, and bursting with flavor—add the perfect crunch and comfort. Whether dining on the pan-seared snapper or enjoying a bowl of their top-tier gumbo, each dish offers a rich, soulful taste of the Gulf.

The salad offerings at Steve’s Marina also stand out for their thoughtful variety and customization. From a crisp Caesar or a hearty dinner salad accented with shredded cheese and onions, to hearty toppings like blackened fish or grilled jumbo shrimp skewers, these salads provide a fresh, bright counterpoint to the robust seafood plates. Each salad can be tailored with accompaniments such as sautéed shrimp or smoked tuna dip, enhancing complexity and depth.

Customer experiences reflect the inviting nature of this coastal gem. Friendly, attentive service is a hallmark here—whether from Katrina, Catherine, or other dedicated staff—creating a welcoming atmosphere that complements the laid-back outdoor patio overlooking the Gulf. The ability to pair your meal with house wines like Barefoot Chardonnay or a crisp Beringer’s White Zinfandel adds to the well-rounded dining experience.

Steve’s Marina is not just a restaurant—it’s a local tradition that feels like a home away from home. This is a place where food is prepared with care, hospitality is sincere, and every visit feels like a shared celebration of the Gulf’s bounty. For both locals and travelers seeking a superb seafood meal with a down-to-earth charm, Steve’s Marina Restaurant is a destination worth returning to time and again.

Our hotel front desk associate recommended Steve’s Marina. We stopped by earlier today for a late lunch. Super friendly staff and service was really fast. Our food came out hot and flavorful. This is definitely where the locals hang out. We would definitely come back if we are ever back in town. Apologize for forgetting to take photos of our entrees. We were too excited to eat. FYI, tons of parking right on the beach.

We had a wonderful experience today. Our waitress was wonderful. Very laid back and so kind. Food was top tier. Perfection. We sat outside on the patio and the atmosphere was so relaxing

I love to go where the locals go. Steve’s is local haunt I had never heard of of before. Glad we went. Very casual Jimmy Buffett casual. Loved the panned snapper. Others said gumbo was top notch. Onion rings are home made and great. We sat outside overlooking the gulf and it was very pleasurable.

The Red Snapper special Monday night was EXCELLENT. My husband had the redfish and it was perfect as well. Onion rings are fantastic- so light and crispy. THANKS to Catherine for the outstanding service. Also the recommendation of the Shrimp Diane.

Katrina was our server....she was super busy but still made time to make sure all customers were happy... Very nice dinner out for us "Out of towners" Food was very tasty too!!

Best Seafood gumbo on the gulf coast. A must with every meal. Being from New Orleans and wife is a cajun, we know gumbo. We drive 1/2 hr to dine there. Adrian or Nick work the bar, and are first class folks. Stop if you pass.

Sat on the patio and enjoyed the views. That was great, but the food was awesome! Fried shrimp, oysters, and fish were excellent. The redfish special was perfectly executed with pasta. The gumbo was really a nice pairing with the PoBoy. Definitely an excellent vibe. Our server was so very chill and fun. We will be back!

We ate at Steve's Saturday before Mother's Day. And the service was excellent. We started with gumbo and yummy bread . All delicious! I have the Fried Green Tomatoes stuff with crab in a white sauce over angel hair pasta! The flavors were amazing. My husband had Fried Catfish Dinner which was cooked to perfection. Thank you guys and Steve's Marina. I waitress was awesome. I can't remember her name , but she wore a pretty pair of eyeglasses with light green trim.
